Climate commitments should be more than promises—they should drive real change. Yet, without strong accountability systems, and helpful incentives, even the most ambitious climate pledges risk becoming little more than words on paper.
We're working to change that.
Certification Based on Follow-Through The Climate Label is the first consumer-facing certification that ensures businesses fund climate solutions at a scale that matches their emissions—not just as a pledge, but as a verified, ongoing practice.
Systemic Change, Not Just Symbolism The Climate Label doesn’t just guide corporate climate action—it builds a culture of accountability that raises the bar for sustainability. With annual reporting, independent verification, and clear financial commitments, certified companies lead by example. Fighting Greenwashing and Strengthening Public Trust Misinformation and greenwashing weaken climate action. We work to bolster public trust and build momentum for broadly binding climate governance, by ensuring certified companies don’t just set targets, but actually finance solutions. By setting a clear, credible, consumer-facing standard, we empower consumers, businesses, and policymakers alike to distinguish between real action and empty claims.
A Catalyst for Cooperation A movement as ambitious as The Climate Label mobilizes individual companies – and it builds community. Going beyond funding for climate solutions, we're working to make climate action accessible and reinforce systems that will make climate action non-negotiable—ensuring that businesses, governments, and individuals turn climate commitments into real, measurable progress.
